Diplo, A-Track, Armand Van Helden Top Lineup for Debut ‘Holy Ship! Wrecked’ In Dominican Republic
– Holy Ship! Wrecked
Diplo, A-Track and Armand Van Helden are among the EDM stars who will be part of the very first land-based Holy Ship! Wrecked at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, a luxury resort in the Dominican Republic, January 23-26. The new event concept is the brainchild of HARD Events, Cloud 9 Adventures and The Bowery Presents.
Since its maiden voyage, Holy Ship! has offered performances, surprise back-to-back sets, and intimate shows in unique destinations. The first Holy Ship! Wrecked will offer a who’s who lineup of some of electronic music’s biggest names with multiple stage environments, beachfront and poolside parties and plenty of dancing in the exotic setting for four days and nights.
The 2020 lineup features Grammy-winning dance icon Diplo returning to the party along with A-Track, Madeon, Jai Wolf and Big Wild, among many others. Dirtybird kingpin Claude VonStroke will lead the house-music contingent alongside Chris Lake, Justin Martin, Walker & Royce, Gorgon City, the Desert Hearts crew, Eagles & Butterflies, VNSSA and others. Lane 8 is set to follow up his 2017 sunrise spectacle with his modern progressive movement.
Bass music will also be represented with Gud Vibrations leaders Nghtmre and Slander leading the heavier side of the event’s curation, joined by experimental tones from joyryde, Tokimonsta, and Mr Carmack. The low end continues with sets by 12th Planet, Snails, GG Magree, Whipped Cream and Memba, plus DnB specialist Ivy Lab and the hip-hop infused beats of 2 Cents.
Attendees will be treated to exclusively curated events like Walker & Royce: Rules Don’t Apply, Snails & 12th Planet Present: The Royal Rumble, Gorgon City: Realm, Fool’s Gold Rap Party, Desert Hearts, Dirtybird Pool Party and more.
Other events include a sunrise set on the beach, the OG Party and gifts for returning fans, intimate artist hosted activity sessions, theme nights and showcases from top labels, and a Positive Legacy day of service to give back to the local community. New features include daily pool parties, complimentary/unlimited drinks including alcohol, complimentary meals in nine different restaurants (including pizza, sushi, Mediterranean, Brazilian steakhouse, and 24-hour room service, among others); plus, free high speed internet throughout the entire property.
For an additional charge, fans will have access to a full-service casino with sportsbook, a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course located on site, and luxurious spa as well as ATV rides through the jungle, fishing trips and sunset catamaran sailings. To offset the additional cost on these upcharge items, fans will receive an unlimited amount of resort credits, which can be used around the property like cash.
All-inclusive prices start at $1299 per person for a Caribbean Suite and go up to $3299 per person for a Villa. Fans who wish to extend their stay before or after the event can add extra nights at the time of booking and throughout the year. To learn more, visit Holyship.com.
