Ticketmaster Names Kathryn Frederick Chief Marketing Officer, Hires Partnership & Brand Marketing VPs

Ticketmaster announced a round of hires within its marketing department on Tuesday, with Kathryn Frederick named Chief Marketing Officer, David Eisenberg as Vice President of Partnership Marketing and Andrew Samson as Vice President of Brand Marketing.
Frederick – who joined the company in 2015 and previously served as Ticketmaster’s Senior Vice President of Growth and Insights – will lead the performance marketing, brand, partnerships, insights, growth and digital marketing teams. She will report to Amy Howe, Ticketmaster N.A. President/Chief Operating Officer.
Before coming on board at Ticketmaster, Frederick was the VP of Product Strategy and Marketing for PriceGrabber. She also served as CMO of Distillery No. 209 and helped launch omg! (which later rebranded as Yahoo! Celebrity), where she was responsible for implementing marketing strategies across the Yahoo! Media portfolio including Music, Tech, Finance and Games.
As Vice President of Partnership Marketing Eisenberg will lead the development of integrated marketing strategy across concerts, sports and theatre. He’ll also head up Ticketmaster’s integrated sponsorship strategy and partnership marketing teams, which handle relationships with the NFL, NBA, NHL and other sports teams, leagues and properties. Eisenberg’s resume includes more than a decade of work in marketing at leading brands including StubHub, YouTube and American Express.
