Bob Dylan And Neil Young To Jointly Headline British Summer Time Hyde Park 2019
British Summer Time Hyde Park (BST) has announced its first headliners for 2019, and they are none other than Bob Dylan and Neil Young.
Both legends are going to take the stage on Friday, July 12, separately, Dylan with his band and Young with Promise Of The Real, with whom he recorded 2017’s album The Visitor and this year released the soundtrack album Paradox.
Promise Of The Real features Willie Nelson’s sons Lukas and Micah, and also stars in Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s movie ‘A Star Is Born’, with Lukas Nelson as musical consultant.
Dylan and Young join an illustrious list of past BST performers, which includes The Rolling Stones, Carole King, comebacks for The Strokes and The Libertines, Stevie Wonder.
Last year’s edition saw sold out shows with Roger Waters, Bruno Mars, Michael Bublé, The Cure, Eric Clapton and Paul Simon’s last ever UK concert.
