Pink @ Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, Ill., Sept. 9 – “Pink’s Saturday night spectacle in front of a sold-out audience at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre was nothing short of scintillating.” – Damian Rico / The Times of Northwest Indiana

Yo-Yo Ma @ Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, Calif., Sept. 12 – “A large Bowl crowd, attracted by the presence of a superstar, might be presumed to want merely a picnic and a nice late-summer night out. Michael Franti and Spearhead @ McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale, Ore., Sept. 9 – “During the show, kids were brought on stage and offered microphones to sing the choruses of their favorite songs, cheered on by the crowd. The Underachievers @ Ancient Future Festival in Montreal, Quebec, Sept. 9 – “As The Underachievers’ set came to a close, the duo huddled around the DJ. AK asked to play one more track, a new song that was on his phone. The DJ replied, saying that he had no way to plug the phone into the soundboard—the crowd started to holler. … A crew member began digging through a backpack to the side of the stage, suddenly emerged with the ever-essential AUX cord. AK announced that this was a never-before-heard song that he and Gold made days prior. The crowd went crazy, closing out a wild set and leaving Ancient Future with a show to be remembered.” – Simon New / The Link
