The Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously ruled in favor of the owners of the Fontanel amphitheater, according to the Tennessean.
A small number of residents complained the venue was out of compliance with Metro Council legislation.
Marc Oswald, managing partner at the Fontanel, told the paper that a small number of people exaggerated the issue.
“I would just like to say thank you to the board of appeals,” Oswald told the paper. “Thank you to the planning commission. Than you to Nashville for supporting us. To those three to four people, we’d love to know your agenda someday it’s clearly not about our concerts.”
