The tour is FGL’s trek, and Nelly and Chris Lane are coming along for the whole affair. Now, three more stops have been announced in Boston’s Fenway Park on July 7, Minneapolis’s Target Field on July 29 and Chicago’s Wrigley Field on Aug. 12. The Line also appears at several festivals without Nelly and Chris Lane over the summer, the first of which is Country USA in Oshkosh, Wisc., on June 23.
The song these guys put together is an ode to loved ones, called “God, Your Mama, And Me.” The video includes videos taken with their significant others.
These gigs will be the first time FGL has headlined stadiums. The country duo is currently on the “Dig Your Roots Tour,” with its next scheduled performances March 10-11 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.
The announcement came on “Good Morning America” today. You can apply to win tickets through FGL’s official website. No official word regarding stadium onsales has been shared yet. Tickets to the rest of the “Smooth” tour are available now.
