Emporium To Book New Denver Shed
Emporium, which has an office in Denver, will book all of the venue’s ticketed shows and serve as a consultant for the 50 annual free concerts promised to the community.
The nonprofit Friends of Levitt Pavilion Denver will operate the 2,500- to 7,500-flex capacity amphitheater.
“Jason, Dan and the entire staff at Emporium offer a wealth of experience that will help to make Levitt Pavilion the premier outdoor concert venue in Denver,” said Chris Zacher, CEO and executive director for Levitt Pavilion Denver. Ground broke on the project Nov. 10, several months after the original projected opening date, according to The Denver Post.
Money for the project can be traced back to the Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, which has funded numerous venues across the U.S. and also has projects planned in Houston and Dayton, Ohio.
