An article from the New York Post indicates the show will take place Oct. 15 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and that the event will be livestreamed on Tidal. Other performers named in the article are Nicki Minaj, Ms. Lauryn Hill and Lil Wayne.

While neither the Barclays Center nor any of the artists named in the article have given official confirmation the show is happening, the date is a week after Beyoncé wraps up her Formation tour in New Jersey.

Jay and Beyoncé hit the road together for the On The Run tour in 2014 and have performed together many times.

The Robin Hood Foundation bills itself as “New York’s largest poverty-fighting organization” which funds and partners other programs throughout the city. To date, the nonprofit claims to have raised more than $2.5 billion for its programs and services.

These days Jay spends a lot of times in the office as he is the head of Roc Nation and owns the streaming service Tidal. He put his concern for his community on display as he narrated a brief short film which published for the New York Times yesterday, titled “The War on Drugs Is an Epic Fail.”
