Hurricane/Southside Fans Compensated
FKP Scorpio has offered visitors of its flagship Hurricane and Southside events in Germany, which were both hampered by severe weather, some money back.
The twin festivals took place on July 24-26. While Southside had to be aborted early June 25, Hurricane was suspended on the same day. Organizers have come up with a way to compensate disappointed fans.
From Aug. 1-15, can register their Southside e-tickets for reimbursement on the festival’s homepage. From Aug. 15-31, Hurricane ticket holders will be able to do the same. After completing the online process, fans will have to post either their original ticket or their wristband including the booking confirmation.
They will then receive an appropriate amount of money back – how much, is displayed on the festivals’ respective websites. The presales for Hurricane and Southside 2017 start on the same day as the online refund processes. Whoever decides to buy a ticket then will receive a loyalty discount.
