Germany Gets A Piece Of Tomorrowland

The main set of Belgian festival Tomorrowland will be live-streamed to seven countries.

One of the headlining DJs will be flown into neighboring Germany after. Schalke’s Veltins Arena will host a Tomorrowland-themed evening July 23. On that Saturday, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Nicky Romero and Afrojack are set to take the main stage in Belgium, where the festival launched in 2005.

Straight after, one of them is supposed to be flown into Germany to play a midnight set at Veltins Arena, which remains open for the time being.

According to a report by derwesten.de, Schalke’s main venue will be completely Tomorrowland-themed on that day, with the stand hidden behind a black box and the stage set up to mimic the original’s flair. Besides Germany, Tomorrowland will also be live-streamed into India, Mexico, Colombia, Israel, Japan and South Africa.
