Simmons Bank Arena Hosts Streaming Benefit For Arkansas Food Banks Featuring Justin Moore

Justin Moore headlines “And The Beat Goes On Arkansas,” a live streaming event presented by Simmons Banks and benefitting the Feeding America Food Banks in Arkansas and Hunger Relief Alliance, working to provide assistance to those affect by the COVID-19 pandemic.
A unique event in unprecedented times, the concert takes place Saturday, April 11, at 7 p.m. Central time in various locations yet emits from Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Ark., and will stream on YouTube.
Native son Moore streams live from Simmons Bank Arena and is joined from remote locations by fellow Arkansans Tracy Lawrence, Joe Nichols, Adam Hambrick and Heath Sanders.
“During these uncertain days, we at Simmons Bank are sure of one thing: tat this is a time to come together in support of our state’s most vulnerable populations,” Freddie Black, chief business development officer at Simmons Bank, said in a statement. “We are proud to help make this event possible and encourage everyone to give what they can to assist the Arkansas Food Bank.”
According to Black, the Arkansas Food Banks feed more than 280,000 Arkansans every day across 33 counties.
“We applaud all they do, and also thank the artists who have generously shared their talents in support of this cause,” Black adds.
The Feeding America Food Banks in Arkansas and Hunger Relief Alliance consists of multiple outlets throughout the state. Donations from the event will be distributed and allocated to various locations.
Arkansas Food Bank CEO Rhonda Sanders adds: “The food banks in Arkansas appreciate the support this concert provides us. We are working in every county and community in the state to provide emergency food to those affected by COVID-19. Your support will help your friends, neighbors and family members who are struggling during this difficult time.”
