Fortress Festival Cancels 2021 Edition, Unveils New Venue

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused another event to cancel in 2021 – Fortress Festival in Fort Worth, Texas. 

All ticketholders will receive an email in the next week and all tickets will be automatically refunded. 

Fortress Festival was scheduled to take place April 24-25 and was to feature Diplo and Miguel. The next edition of the event, in spring 2022, will stage at a new venue called Wild Acre Live, which was created by Fortress Presents and Wild Acre Brewing. 

The new outdoor venue will also host concerts whenever touring can safely return to the Dallas-Fort Worth market. A promotional video for the new venue is available on its brand-new Instagram page.

New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival also announced the postponement of their late April / early May event today.
