Prague authorities claim Blythe pushed the fan off the stage and therefore was responsible for the resulting death.
On Dec. 3, the Richmond-based band’s manager Larry Mazer said Blythe responded professionally to the large number of fans who rushed the stage amid lax security.
He also said the singer will vigorously defend himself against the charge of causing a fan’s death.
