Viagogo Adds Hamburg
To Soccer Score

Eric Baker’s Viagogo has become the official secondary ticketing platform for top German team Hamburg SV, the seventh partnership it’s formed with major soccer sides.

Hamburg SV, currently 15th in the Bundesliga, Germany’s top soccer league, joins a list that already includes current league leader FC Bayern Munich, FC Augsburg, Hannover 96, VfL Wolfsburg, FC Nuremberg and FC Kaiserslautern.

The UK Premier League clubs that have also cut a deal with Viagogo include Aston Villa, Chelsea, Fulham, Manchester City, Newcastle United, Queens Park Rangers, West Bromwich Albion, West Ham United and Wigan Athletic.

The Hamburg deal is specifically designed for SV fans with season tickets, or tickets to individual matches that they cannot use.

The club will also provide Viagogo with an allocation of tickets to offer on its website. This is intended to allow SV to attract a new, international fan base through the secondary seller, which now operates in more than 25 countries.
