New Venue Coalition

California-based Apregan Group Inc. and Canada-based Paquin Entertainment Group have joined forces to form a new company, Venue Coalition, to identify programming opportunities for its member venues.

So far, nine Canadian venues ranging in size from 4,500 to 16,000 seats are on board.

The venues are the Interior Savings Centre in Kamloops, British Columbia; The CN Centre in Prince George, British Columbia; The Greater Vernon Multiplex in Vernon, British Columbia; The Crystal Centre (including Canada Games Arena) in Grande Prairie, Alberta; The ENMAX Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta; Brandt Centre (including Regina Exhibition Park) in Regina, Saskatchewan; The Credit Union Ctr. in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; The Keystone Centre in Brandon, Manitoba, and the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The new firm will provide talent, contracting, administration, production and occasional marketing and promotion for arena events. Paquin’s Lisa Slovin and Apregan’s Andrew Prince are coordinating efforts for the two companies.
