Diljit Dosanjh Announces Canadian Stadium Dates With ‘Dil-Luminati Tour’
Diljit Dosanjh is set to become the first Punjabi artist to headline BC Place and Rogers Centre as the musician announces his “Dil-Luminati” North American tour dates. The Live Nation-promoted tour kicks off at BC Place in Vancouver on April 27. The 13-date trek wraps up at Toronto’s Rogers Centre on July 13.
Between his two stadium dates, Dosanjh will make stops in Oakland, California; Chicago; Orlando; Dallas; Washington, D.C.; Los Angeles and more. Dosanjh’s shows at Chicago’s Allstate Arena and Los Angeles’ Crypto Arena are the only two non-Live Nation dates on this trek.
In October, Dosanjh toured Australia and New Zealand with shows in Melbourne, Auckland, Sydney and Boondall, Australia. His show at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Oct. 20 sold 13,086 tickets grossing $1.7 million, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice.
The last time Dosanjh played arenas in North America was during his 2022 summer tour, which included dates at Oakland Arena on July 29, 2022, grossing $951,321 for 9,676 tickets sold, a show at American Airlines Center in Dallas on July 22, which grossed $369,999, Newark, New Jersey’s Prudential Center on July 17, 2022, grossing $761,035 and more. The tour also included a sell out at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on June 25, 2022, which grossed over $1 million, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice.
Tickets go on sale March 1 at 10 a.m. local time via livenation.com. Fans can access presale tickets starting Feb. 29 at 10 a.m. local time.
