The “Big Man” suffered a stroke last weekend and by Monday had reportedly underwent two brain surgeries. As of June 16 Clemons was reported to be in stable condition in a Florida hospital.

During the past few days Clemons has been the recipient of an outpouring of support from artists as well as music industry pros. Earlier this week Bruce Springsteen commented on his website, saying his friend and band mate needs “much care and support to achieve his potential once again.”

Lady Gaga had something to say about the sax-man who played on one of her songs and joined her for a performance on “American Idol.” Gaga’s Monday tweet asked her fans to “make some get well videos” for Clemons.

Narada Michael Walden also had some words for Clemons. The drummer/music industry exec replied to an email saying, “Love and prayers to the Big Man! He is our Hero!”

You can send your own best wishes to Clemons. Asbury Park Press reports his family has set up a special email address. So gather up your thoughts and send them to [email protected]. Hopefully, the Big Man will be back on his feet soon.
