Music Row Home For Broken Bow
Three Music Row buildings once owned by EMI Music Publishing were sold to the owner of Stoney Creek Broken Bow and Red Bow Records April 20.
Owner Benny Brown plans to consolidate the record companies under one roof, along with his publishing house and management company. Brown paid $2.8 million for the neighboring buildings, according to the Tennessean.
The labels represent Jason Aldean, Thompson Square, Randy Houser, Joe Nichols, and Parmalee, among others.
The buildings have primarily been vacant since a consortium that includes Sony Corp. bought EMI last summer, the paper said.
