More Springsteen Dates

Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band’s tour grew by eight cities today with The Boss slotting E. Rutherford, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Virginia Beach, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Foxboro.”

Beginning with two nights in Springsteen’s home state of New Jersey, the newly added shows follow his summer run through Europe.  Here’s the plan:

Aug. 23 – E. Rutherford, N.J., MetLife Stadium
Aug. 25 – E. Rutherford, N.J., MetLife Stadium
Aug. 28 – Chicago, Ill., United Center
Sept. 1 – Washington, D.C., Nationals Park
Sept. 3 – Virginia Beach, Va., Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater At Virginia Beach
Sept. 7 – Philadelphia, Pa., Citizens Bank Park
Sept. 11 – Pittsburgh, Pa., Consol Energy Center
Sept. 14 – Foxboro, Mass., Gillette Stadium

Tickets for Washington, D.C., and Virginia Beach go on sale May 13 at 10 a.m. EDT.  Ticket sales for Chicago begin May 14 at 10 a.m. CDT. E.
