Dylan worked at Entertainment Edge as marketing manager and content producer, and is part of the management team of Nashville-based Morgan Evans.
Dylan told Pollstar that Potts’ “vision of bringing the Australian and North American country music scenes closer together will continue, as well as strengthening the Australian scene.”
The company’s focus is on the sold-out CMC Rocks Queensland festival March 15-18, and tours after by the pairings of Luke Bryan with Dustin Lynch, Darius Rucker with Luke Combs, and Kip Moore and Lee Brice.
Plans by the Australian country music sector to provide a permanent tribute to Potts are still in discussion, Dylan says, “but nothing at the announcement stage yet. I am heartened and encouraged by what has been proposed so far and hope we can bring something to fruition before long.”
