Dates, Dates & More Dates …
Funeral For A Friend updates today with new dates for the United Kingdom. Stops include Aberdeen on October 17, Stoke on October 21, Peterborough on October 25, Brighton on October 29 and South-On-Sea on November 2.
Jessica Simpson makes today’s final deadline with two new August shows and one new September gig. Ms. Simpson will appear in Sacramento at The Cove @ Cal Expo on August 25. Three days later she’ll play the Ontario side of Niagara Falls at Fallsview Casino Resort, and on September 18 it’s Vegas at Pearl Concert Theater.
Phil Vassar fills in a few gaps on the ol’ appearance calendar with a show in Henderson, Nevada on August 29. Mr. Vassar also adds September 21 in Prior Lake, Minnesota, October 17 in Big Rapids, Michigan and October 25 in Lakeside, California.
And The Morning Benders add shows on both coasts. Details include October 20 in Boston at the Puma store, October 21 in New York at the Puma Store, October 28 in Santa Barbara at the University Of California and October 29 in Santa Monica at, you guessed it, the Puma Store.
Some of the artist schedules we updated today belonged to Carrie Rodriguez, Mudhoney, Rod Piazza & The Mighty Flyers, Porter – Batiste – Stoltz, M83, The Blasters, Buckethead, Atlanta Rhythm Section, The Marshall Tucker Band, Buckcherry / Avenged Sevenfold, Robin Thicke, Smashing Pumpkins and Stone Temple Pilots. We also updated thousands of artists and bands not mentioned in this space. However, the master list containing those acts was kept by an office temp who chose today to abscond to Dublin with Ron Wood.
And that’s ourstory for today. Thank you for your support and we look forward to serving your concert needs tomorrow. And the day after tomorrow. But we still haven’t figured out what to do about Friday, so don’t make any plans. G’night.
